Katie Lynn Birchard, AKA "Hala Pickford" is wanted by the law. Birchard has an active arrest warrant out of Burbank, California for "Failure To Appear" and is now a fugitive from justice. Bail has been pre-set at Twenty-Thousand Dollars. ($20,000) A 'no questions asked' cash reward of Five-Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is being offered for ANY information that leads to her arrest.
If you see Birchard or become aware of her location, DO NOT approach her, as she should be considered Armed and Dangerous. Do call the Burbank, California Police Department at (818) -238-3000.
